Sally Elizabeth Felder

Long time native of California, Sally died peacefully after a brief and unexpected illness. She graduated Awalt High School in 1964 and then attended UCLA. Sally was a dedicated homemaker and volunteered for many charity organizations including Junior San Jose, Good Samaritan League and East Field Ming Quong Junior Auxiliary. Sally was an accomplished home chef and baker. Each Christmas, she was well-known in the Squirrel Hollow neighborhood for her overly generous and delicious Christmas cookie baskets. In 1990, Sally graduated from SJSU with a Bachelors of Science in accounting . She obtained her CPA license and went to work for the Defense Contract Audit Agency. In 2001, she relocated to Virginia, where she continued her decorated work with DCAA until her retirement 2012. Sally, was preceded in death by her parents, Betty and Claude Martin. She is survived by her two children Josh and Kirsten. She was known as Grandma to the Caloirio Family who she loved and adored. Her generous spirit, cooking and friendship will be missed by many.
