Home going celebration will be 1PM, Saturday, June 16, 2012 at the Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church in Union Springs, AL. He will be laid to rest in the Perpetual Care Cemetery, Union Springs, AL under the directions of Scott's Chapel Hill Mortuary of Dothan, AL.
Mr. Livingston was a loyal employee with Columbus Mills for 23 years. He was the owner of Livingston & Phillips Vault Company and served the community as a funeral director and a licensed Embalmer at Liptroit & Dawson, Brundidge, Alabama, Harrison, Troy, Alabama, Burt, Tuskegee, Alabama and Allen & Carter's Funeral Home, Union Springs, Alabama. Fred Smith, Eufaula, Alabama until his health failed.
He leaves to cherish his precious memories three children: A loving son: Leroy Livingston (Angie) Montgomery, Alabama. Two caring and devoted daughters: Kathy S. C. Scott (Larry), Charlotte L. Perry (Jermane) both of Union Springs, Alabama. Three adorable grandchildren: Dean D. P. Scott, Decatur, Georgia; Terrance Livingston & Brittany Perry both of Union Springs, Alabama. Two wonderful great grandchildren: Jordan Livingston, Union Springs, Alabama and Kendra Scott, Bonifay, Florida. A caring and loving brother, John Wesley (Dorothy) Sun City, California; A devoted and loving sister-in-law: Sis Charlotte Phillips (George); a caring brother in law: Rev. Joe Caldwell (Lola) all of Union Springs, Alabama. Two special nephews, Clearance Rogers (Earnestine) Americus, Georgia; Paul Phillips (Metha) Union Springs, Alabama. A caring niece: Gloria Rogers, Fayetteville, NC. The Morning Star and Waymon Chapel Church families and many other special nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
