Charles E. Faeth, 78, of Elsmere died Monday afternoon at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, Edgewood. Mr. Faeth was a retired Boiler Engineer for Hilton Davis Chemical Co. of Cincinnati, he served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War, a member of St. Henry Church, Elsmere, member of Father Bealer Council # 3908 Knights of Columbus, member and board member of the American Legion Post # 20 of Elsmere. He was preceded in death by his wife, Norma Lahrman Faeth in 2010 and his parents, George and Catherine McHale Faeth. Survivors include sons, David (Kimberley) Faeth of Hebron and Charles "Chuck" (Barbara) Faeth of Erlanger; daughters, Rose (Bill) Kreidler of Elsmere, Julie (Christopher) Williams of Erlanger and Jean (Mike) McGraw of Florence; a sister, Catherine Bell of Cincinnati; a brother, Thomas (Judy) Faeth of Cincinnati; 11 grandchildren, Chas, Laura, Heather, Stacy, Christa, Kevin, David, Maddie, Jared, Kate and Megan; three great grandchildren, Kaelynn, Aneleigh and Leilah. Visitation 9-11 am Friday at St. Henry Church, Elsmere. Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00 a.m. MIDDENDORF-BULLOCK FUNERAL HOME, ERLANGER is serving the family.
