James King, 88, of Taylor Mill passed away Sunday, March 29, 2014 at St. Elizabeth, Ft. Thomas. He was a self employed roofing contractor, WWII Navy Veteran, member of #1469 Moose Lodge, Elsmere VFW and member of Colonel Clay Lodge F&AM. He is survived by his wife Thelma Williams King; son Dave King of Covington; daughters Janice Parnell of Taylor Mill and Donna Adams of Canal Fulton, OH; brothers Harry "Bud" King of Ft. Wright and Bill King of Cincinnati; sisters Amy Barnett of Park Hill and Jeanette Devaughan of Ohio ; also 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation 11 AM-1 PM with 1 PM funeral Thursday, April 3, 2014 all at SWINDLER & CURRIN FUNERAL HOME-LATONIA. Interment Floral Hills Cemetery with military honors. Memorials to .
