KEMPER

Jim Kemper, 82, of Taylor Mill, KY passed away on Monday, April 21, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Health Care Hospice in Edgewood, KY. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served during the Korean Conflict. Jim is a retired Mechanical Engineer, before retiring he worked at Reynolds Metal in Louisville, KY. He was a member of Oak Ridge Baptist Church, Latonia Lodge #746 F.&A.M., where he was a Past Master, former member of the Louisville Press Club with Photography, Sports Car Club in Louisville and the Cincinnati Model Train Club with the HO Scale. Jim is survived by his Loving Wife: Betty Jean Kemper of Taylor Mill, KY; Daughter: Kathy (Tony) Meyer of Paris, KY and 2 Grandchildren: Sarah Meyer and John (Katherine) Meyer. The Visitation will be on Friday, April 25, 2014 at Connley Brothers Funeral Home in Latonia, KY from 9:00 AM until the time of the Masonic Service at 11:00 AM. Interment will be at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown, KY. Memorial Suggestions should be made to the St. Elizabeth Hospice 483 South Loop Rd. Edgewood, KY 41017.
