John Ellsworth Frank, 72, of Taylor Mill, died Friday at University Hospital, Cincinnati. A U.S. Navy Veteran, he was a welder for Donaldson Arts and Sign Co., he enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of the North American Hunting Club, the NRA and the Latonia American Legion Post 0203. He was preceded in death by his parents, John V. and Hazel Lipscomb Frank. Survivors include his wife, Patsy Ann Frank nee Holt; son, Terry (Sherri) Frank of Petersburg; daughter, Donna (Santiago) Ostilin, of Elsmere; granddaughter, Tiona Ostilin of Elsmere; grandsons, Samuel Frank of Taylor Mill, Dustin, Justin and Austin Frank all of Petersburg; great grandson, Hayden Frank of Petersburg; brother, Warren (Pam) Frank of Dry Ridge and numerous nieces and nephews. A Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 Noon Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at the MIDDENDORF-BULLOCK FUNERAL HOME, HEBRON. Funeral service will immediately follow at 12:00 Noon.
