SANDRA L. SANNITO (NEE LANGFORD) "SANDY" STURGEON BAY, WI
Sandra "Sandy" Sannito (nee Langford), 46, of Sturgeon Bay, WI, passed away on January 7, 2014 at Aurora Bay Care in Green Bay. She was born on July 21, 1967 in Chicago, IL to Paul and Penny (Casey) Langford. Sandy graduated from Munster High School in Indiana and received her bachelor's degree from Purdue University in elementary education. On May 19, 1990, she married her high school sweetheart, Patrick J. Sannito. She was currently working as a librarian at T.J. Walker Middle School. Sandy was an intelligent, hardworking and loving person who spent countless hours volunteering for numerous causes at school and in the community. All of the soccer programs in Sturgeon Bay, including Clipper Soccer, Middle School Soccer Club and especially Door County Wave Soccer Club, significantly benefited from her talents and abilities. Recently, Sandy became the ultimate giver by donating her organs to five individuals, answering their prayers with the gift of life. Sandy was a devoted wife and mother. This young wife was Pat's high school sweetheart and soul mate. Her beauty on the outside was only a mere speck of her beauty on the inside. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Sandy left us with the message to "slow down in life" and to treat all those we know with unconditional love. Survivors include her husband, Pat; two sons: Sean and Connor, both at home; her parents: Paul and Penny Langford of St. John, IN; two sisters: Diane (Eric) Laoang of Munster and Karen (Jim) Volk of St. John; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, January 25, 2014, at 3:00 p.m. at the Anthony & Dziadowicz Funeral Home, 9445 Calumet Ave. (at 45th St.), Munster, IN. Memorial visitation will be on Saturday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home. PLEASE OMIT FLOWERS. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
