Predeceased by her brother Stephen. She founded Andrea Bunis Management 30 years ago and grew it into one of New York City's leading residential management firms. Andrea was a senior real estate account executive with the Kriesel Company. Serving as a director and manager, she represented various sponsors, developers and investors. Andrea was the recipient of numerous industry awards, including Habitat Magazine's Management Award for Manager of the Year. She was admired for her energy, independence and strong will. Andrea achieved her Bachelor's in Business Administration from Lehman College-CUNY and attended New York University's Real Estate institute where, as a New York State licensed real estate broker, she shared her extensive knowledge as a senior staff instructor. She was a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), Professional Women in Construction, (PWC) and Association of Real Estate Women (AREW). Andrea was a varsity athlete in volleyball and swimming and was the Shorehaven Club woman's paddleball champion for four consecutive years. She earned the PSAL's Louisa Wingate Underhill Award given to the most outstanding female athlete in New York City and was a devoted and loyal New York Giant's and Knicks fan. She enjoyed cooking and was great at it. She liked skiing Aspen, Vail and visiting Florida with her family. She also loved boating on the East End. She was a classic movie buff and enjoyed Broadway musicals and music. Andrea enjoyed driving her Landcruiser ever since a test drive 23 years ago. Andrea loved and was totally devoted to her family and staff. She was a beautiful soul and a once in a lifetime individual taken too early from her heartbroken family.
