METZGER--Barry, died from complications of Pancreatic Cancer on Saturday, December 22nd, 2012 in New York City. Born on June 11, 1945 in Newark, NJ, he graduated from Princeton University and Harvard Law School. He was a Partner of Coudert Brothers heading offices in Hong Kong, Sydney, and London and most recently a Partner at Baker & McKenzie in NYC and Washington, DC. From 1995 until 1999, he served as General Counsel to the Asian Development Bank in Manila. For many years, he served as Legal Adviser and more recently as a Member of the Board of the Huffy Corporation. He was a Trustee for the Princeton-in-Asia Program and served as a Member of the Audit and Ethics Committee of the Global Fund in Geneva, Switzerland. Until recently, he served on the Board of the Partnership for Transparency Fund and the Pacific Pension Institute. He was married for 46 years to Jacqueline Metzger and leaves Jackie as well as Darren, Annette, Rebecca and their children Lucca, Matteo and Noah. Funeral Services will be held at Temple Adas Israel, 30 Atlantic Ave, Sag Harbor on Monday, December 24th, 2012 at 11AM.
