BRONFMAN--Edgar M. The students, staff and Advisory Board members of the Bronfman Center for Jewish Student Life at New York University mourn with great sadness the passing of our founder, mentor and guide, Edgar M. Bronfman Sr. A great man with deep concern for the Jewish People and its global welfare, Mr. Edgar Bronfman's passion for pluralism, inclusiveness, and Torah study inspired thousands of Jewish youth, catalyzing a generational renaissance. Mr. Bronfman's bold and generous ambitions for the future of the Jewish community will continue to be fulfilled, though we will miss his presence. We remain eternally grateful. Steven M. Cohen, Dorothy Tananbaum, Rabbi Yehuda Sarna
