SHRIVER--Mrs. Eunice Kennedy. The Advisory Board and staff of the John F. Kennedy, Jr. Institute at the City University of New York and all the CUNY and SUNY Kennedy Fellows mourn the passing of Mrs. Eunice Kennedy Shriver. Mrs. Shiver challenged and inspired John F. Kennedy, Jr. to develop a program to support the higher education and career advancement of frontline workers in the disability field. With her ongoing support and guidance he accomplished this goal and created a living legacy of their shared commitment to the most vulnerable people in our society. We extend our deep condolences to the Shriver and Kennedy Families. John Mogelescu, Co-Chairman, John F. Kennedy, Jr. Institute Jeffrey Sachs, Co-Chairman, John F. Kennedy, Jr. Institute William Ebenstein, Executive Director, John F. Kennedy, Jr. Institute
