HAGIN--Rosa A. "Rah", PhD, 92 years old, died Friday, February 7, 2014 at her home. She lived in Manhattan, NYC, NY and Cranford, NJ before moving to Hardyston Twp., NJ 12 years ago. Dr. Hagin was a educational psychologist, teacher and advocate for children and adults with learning disabilities. She worked at Fordham University and organized the school Consultation Center there which has been named for her. She also had a private practice for children and adults. Dr. Hagin was predeceased by a nephew, Keith Deckhut and is survived by her sister, Millicent Deckhut, niece Susan Killacky, grandnieces and nephews, T.J., Christopher and Emily Killacky, Rob and Tracy Deckhut. Visiting will be Monday, February 10, 2014 at F. John Ramsey Funeral Home, One Main Street, Franklin, NJ from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service will be Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at the funeral home at 10am. Interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Westfield, NJ.
