Danny M. Gallucci 99, of Bonita Springs, FL died on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at his residence with his loving wife at his side. He had been a resident of Bonita Springs since retiring in 1980, coming from Fairmont, WV. Danny was born September 30, 1914 in Italy, a son of the late Pietro and Consiglia (Tutalo) Gallucci and coming to this country at age 14 yrs.

In 1935, he graduated with honors from Fairmont Senior High School, Fairmont, WV. He was a veteran of World War II having served in the U.S. Marine Corps, both in the US and in the Pacific theater. After the war he returned to work at what was to become FMC Corp. of Fairmont, WV.

He was a member of St. William Catholic Church in Naples, FL and a previous member of St. Anthony's Church in Fairmont.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Yvonne M. Gallucci; his son, Daniel P. (Marie) Gallucci; one brother, Joseph Gallucci all of Bonita Springs, FL; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his stepchildren, Daniel P. (Margaret) LeBlond, Joseph A. (Nancy) LeBlond, and Cecile (Philip) Deshaies all of Biddeford, ME, Jeannine (Donald) Jerry of Saco, ME, Marc (Kelly) LeBlond of Bethel, ME; 13 stepgrandchildren; 20 stepgreat-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Helen V. Gallucci; and a sister, Nina Cinelli.

A Memorial Mass will be held Monday, June 16, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at St. William Catholic Church 750 Seagate Dr., Naples, FL.

Additional services and entombment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery in Fairmont, WV at a later date.

The family requests that if any should feel the need and in lieu of flowers or other, that donations be made to in his name. They would also like to thank Hope Hospice of Lee County, FL for their kind and excellent services.
