Virginia "Ginny" Lee Ogilbee

DUBLIN: Funeral services for Virginia "Ginny" Lee Ogilbee, 63, of Dublin, will be held at the REED-EGAN FUNERAL HOME, 141 Green Wave Drive, Newark, 11:00 A.M., Friday, October 26, 2012, with Pastor Karl Hanf officiating. Interment will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Ginny died at Dublin Methodist Hospital on Sunday, October 21, 2012. She was born in Newark of June 21, 1949 to Velma "Judy" (Martin) Geisler Howell of Sebring, Florida, and the late Jerry Geisler Sr.

Ginny was a Newark High School graduate and earned her Associate Degree from The Ohio State University. She worked for many years as a school secretary with Newark City Schools, and was most recently a crossing guard with Dublin City Schools.

In addition to her mother, Ginny is survived by her dearest friend, Kathryn McCombs, of Dublin; her children and their spouses, April and Tim Rollison of Newark, Christina and Kevin Rubel of Pickerington, and Robert and Jodie Ogilbee of Tampa, Florida; her beloved grandchildren, Phillip (Amber) Rollison, Cassie Rollison, Kayla (Jesse) Fitzgerald, Jayce and Lucy Rubel, Justin and Alex Ogilbee, and Logan and Jaxon Ogilbee; great-grandchildren, Trinten, Brysen, Jaden, Desirai, and one other to be born; her brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Charlene Geisler of Sebring, Florida; her sister and brother-in-law, Cindy and Doug Barch of Bloomington, Illinois; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her beloved dogs, Cormac and Kirby.

In addition to her father, Ginny was preceded in death by her youngest son, Douglas; and her sister, Linda Skrentny.

Friends and family may call at the funeral home from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M, Thursday, October 25, 2012.
