Adair Frank, age 88, passed away on October 11, 2013 at his home in Deland." Frank" as everyone knew him was born in Ohio on Aug 3, 1925. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and the Korean War. A mechanic by trade, Frank owned and operated Frank's Garage in Deland. Frank had a great passion for antique cars, motorcycles and his John Deere tractors. Frank was a 50 year member of the F&AM, Life Member of V.F.W., Am Vets, American Legion, Elks and the Eagles Club, he was also a member of the Florida Fly wheels antique engines. Frank was the loving husband of Virginia Frank for 65 years. He is survived by his two sons, Raymond (Karen) Frank, and Tommy (Stacy) Frank; two daughters, Sherry Mero and Deborah (Greg) Wray; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Friends will be received on Friday, October 25, 2013 at Deltona Memorial Funeral Home, 1295 Saxon Blvd., Orange City, Florida 386-775-4260 from 10 am to 11 am, where a Life Celebration Service will follow at 11a.m in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Deland Memorial Gardens with full military honors.
