Charles Fisher, 88, of Palm Coast, FL died Dec. 26, 2012. Born in Lisbon, NH. He graduated Lisbon High School and the University of Maine - Gorham, and was a Navy Veteran of World War II. He returned to work at the Littleton Courier and to the North Conway reporter as shop foreman. He later moved to University of New Hampshire, then the University of Maryland as Director of Printing, retiring in 1989 to Palm Coast, FL. He was active in the rotary, VFW and was a member of the Mason's and the Palm Coast Methodist Church. He loved to fish and go bowling. He was predeceased by daughter Katherine and is survived by his wife of 65 years Arlene; son Scott; four grandsons; one granddaughter; and two great-grandchildren. He will be greatly loved and missed. A visitation will be held Wednesday, January 2, 2013 at the Volusia Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Ormond Beach between 2:00- 4:00 PM.
