Clarence Philip (Phil) Buss, born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on January 5, 1922 passed away at Florida Hospital Hospice Care at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical in Daytona Beach, Florida on November 12, 2013 with his family by his side. He was an enlisted soldier in the U.S. Army of World War II then reentered the Army becoming a Chaplain serving for 20 years also including 32 years as a Presbyterian Minister. Survived by his wife, Betty Buss of 68 years of marriage, daughter, Marcia (Art) Riggs of Ormond Beach, sons: P. Terry (Rose) Buss of New Mexico and Robert F. (Judy) Buss of Arizona; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Phil loved his times with his family playing cards, traveling, square dancing with his wife, reading, but most of all just being with friends and family.
