A funeral mass celebrating the life of James Joseph Gagliano, 70, of Palm Coast, will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2013, 11:00AM at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Palm Coast. The family will receive friends on Monday from 2:00 to 4:00PM and 7:00 to 9:00PM at the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Rd S., Flagler Beach. James passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at his home. He was born on July 18, 1942 in Patterson, NJ to the late James Vincent and Josephine Gagliano (Barbaris). He proudly served in the U.S. Navy during the Cuban Missile Crisis. He moved to the Palm Coast area in 1991 from Stroudsburg, PA. James was a devoted parishioner at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church and a member of the Italian American Social Club of Palm Coast. He was an avid bowler having bowled 5, 300 sanctioned games. James was preceded in death by his brother Joseph James Gagliano. Survivors include his loving wife of 32 years Karen Gagliano (Buglione); daughters, Angelina D'Ambrosio of Maywood, NJ., Jamie Gagliano and her fiancé Scott Schultz of New York City; sons, James Anthony and his fiancé Amy Higgs of Palm Coast, Antonio Gagliano of Maywood, NJ.. grandchildren, Giuseppe and Toniann D'Ambrosio.
