Richard L. Moore, 81, a former resident of Wintersville, Ohio, passed away March 1, 2014 in Tallahassee, Florida. Predeceased by his parents, Marcus and Mildred George Moore, he is survived by his wife, Kitty, brother Dale (Sandy), sons Tim (Sharon) and David (Connie), daughters Patricia (Philip) and Katherine (Richard), grandsons Michael, Kent, Paul and David, and many cousins. He served four years in the United States Air Force. Richard was an aircraft mechanic with USAir for many years. After moving to Florida, he was an instructor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University until retirement. His many interests included Gold Wing Motorcycle Club, model airplane clubs and the Flagler County equestrian community. Burial will be in Tallahassee Veteran's Memorial Cemetery (FL).
