William Weston Galt passed away on March 29, 2013 at Port Orange Hospice Care Center. He was born in Cleveland, Ohio November 27, 1937 to Harold and Clara Galt. He graduated from high school in Leesburg, FL. He attended Duke University as an undergrad, then attended University of Florida and graduated from the School of Pharmacy in 1962. He enjoyed his life long career as a pharmacist. Bill was a loving husband and a devoted and great father who will be sorely missed. Survived by his loving and devoted wife of 51 years Rebecca Galt; loving children: daughter Erin Galt Conner; sons David Weston Galt, (Nancy Clark), Michael Kevin Galt (Briana Galt); grandchildren Jessica Wheeler, Dustin Conner and Caleb Minton. Also survived by his sister Sally Piercefield (Dayne); and his extended family in Palatka, FL. Bill was an avid photographer and enjoyed traveling with family and friends. Other past times were spent hunting and fishing . Along with this - Bill was a devoted Gator fan. Celebration of his life with a memorial service will be held at Shannon Maloney Funeral Home, 4084 Halifax Drive, Port Orange, FL 32127 on April 3, 2013 at 11 am.
