Henry R Zang, age 72, of Marionville, died, November 6, 2013, at Cox Medical Center.
Henry was born in Verona, on December 30, 1940, the son of the late Robert and Minnie (Holderfield) Zang. He served in the Air Force, worked for Syntex in Verona, was a member of Sacred Heart Church and of the Monett V.F.W.
Survivors include his wife of 25 years, Donna; his four daughters; Michele (Eric) Pichler, Dana (Kurt) Stackelbeck, Monica (Jeff) Woods, and Julie Zang; stepson Kelly (Marcia) Hedrick; stepdaughter, Kristi (Tom) Rozell; fifteen grandchildren; two brothers, Robert A. (Martha) Zang, Charles G. (Raeanna) Zangy, three sisters, Suzanne (Brian) Cram, Mona (Bill) Wooten, and Leesa (Paul) Elliot; several nieces and nephews; and his faithful dogs, Sadie and Lexi.
A funeral mass, under the direction of the Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home, will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, November 11, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Verona with burial at the Marionville IOOF Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6:00-7:30 p.m. with prayer service starting at 7:30 p.m., on Sunday, November 10, in the funeral home chapel.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to C.A.R.E. Animal Rescue in care of the funeral home.
