MSGT (Ret) Herman Brinkman

MSGT (Ret) Herman Ellis Brinkman, 72, passed away peacefully September 1, 2014 after a long illness. He was born in Springfield, MO. and travelled extensively during his 22 years of service in the United States Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents. Herman is survived by his wife, Connie. He is also survived by one sister, three daughters, two step-sons, and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Herman served as Fire Chief of Southern Stone County Fire Protection District and Deputy Coroner SSC. He also owned Brinkman Lock and Key Service and was a man of multiple interests. The family is grateful for the services of Regional Hospice. There will be a graveside service at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Friday, September 5, 2014, at 11:00am. Visitation will be Thursday, September 4, 2014, 6:00-8:00pm, in Greenlawn Funeral Home North. Memorial donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital and Disabled American Veterans.
