IOWANA 'SIS' CAMPBELL

1935 - 2014

Sis passed away after a lengthy illness and entered the Kingdom of Heaven on March 9, 2014.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Forrest W and Martha E Henry and daughter, Kim.

She was born in New Lexington, PA and as an adult moved to Wadsworth, OH where she was very involved with the Medina County Society of Handicapped Citizens and was one of the original organizers of the Medina County Special Olympics. She moved to N. Ft. Myers, FL in 1983 and again emerged herself as a volunteer in Lee County Special Olympics.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Ronald, Sr., sons, Ronald Jr. (Nancy) and David (Jan) and daughter, Annette, step-granddaughter, Brittany Hancock and her family and grandson, Forrest W Campbell, brother, George (Shirley) Henry, sister, Donna (Jim) Blaschak and several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Sis's life will be at 6:00 PM on Monday March 24, 2014 at Saint Michael Lutheran Church at 3595 Broadway, Fort Myers, 33901.

In lieu of flowers a memorial gift in Sis's name may be made to the Saint Michael Foundation or Lee County Special Olympics. Friends may sign the guest book at www.dignifiedcremations.com.
