JULY 6, 2014

John F Stanton passed away quietly at the Cypress Cove Lodge in Ft. Myers on July 6, 2014. He moved to Ft. Myers Beach in 1977 after retiring from business in Columbus Ohio.

John was well known and respected for his conducting of several Choral Groups in Ft. Myers Beach. The Chordmasters, the Indian Creek Choir and the Sweet Souix were a great source of pride and he enjoyed working with them for 32 years.

John had a passion for travel and circled the world many times, always ready for his next adventure. He was also well know for his love of ballroom dancing.
