SMYRNA - Ronald Alan Fillette died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013 at the Delaware Hospice Center, Milford. Mr. Fillette was born in Philadelphia, Pa. the son of the late Nathan and Gladys (Adair) Fillette. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where he attained the rank of Sergeant. After the service, he worked as an operational manager for the First Pennsylvania Bank. After retiring from banking, he went to work for Sleepy's Mattress Store as a salesman in Dover. Ronald enjoyed watching horror movies and loved to spend time with his family, especially his grandson Kyle. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Gloria in 2008. He is survived by two daughters Megan Fillette and Darien Fillette; one son Kevin Fillette; one grandson Kyle Wagner and two brothers Kenneth and Brian Fillette. A celebration of Ronald's life with Air Force Honors will be held at 2 p.m on Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013 in the Chapel of Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 26669 Patriots Way, Millsboro, Delaware.
