BIERBAUER - Adam John, 83, of Williamsburg, VA, passed away on January 28, 2014. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Julia D. Bierbauer; second wife, Eileen Bierbauer; daughter-in-law, Mary Bierbauer; and by two grandchildren, Colleen Tuohy and Adam Bierbauer, IV. Adam proudly served with the New York Police Department-114th Precinct, from which he retired. He also served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War and was a member of St. Mark's Catholic Church. He is survived by his son, Adam J. Bierbauer, III; by his daughters, Barbara Tuohy (Gerard) & Jeanne Vilinsky (Joel); and 11 grandchildren. A visitation will take place at 7 PM on Monday, February 3, at Marinello Funeral Home, 493 Middle Country Road, Coram, NY 11727. A funeral mass will be held 10 AM at St. Mark's Church, 105 Randall Road, Shoreham, NY 11786 on Tuesday, February 4, followed by a burial at Calverton National Cemetery, 210 Princeton Blvd., Calverton, NY 11933.
