Obituary Condolences

CARLSTADT- Ada E. Buglino (nee Peirano), 100, of Lexington, S.C. and formerly of Carlstadt, passed away on Friday, Oct. 25. She was born in Ramsey on Jan. 18, 1913. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Peirano and Harriet Boyce Peirano Tickelman, and stepdaughter of Edward Tickelman.

Mrs. Buglino was President of the VFW Auxiliary in Garfield in 1967 and 1973. She was President of the American Legion Auxiliary in 1984. She made afghans for veterans up until last month.

Surviving are daughter and son-in-law, Alice and Arthur Finley of Lexinton, S.C.; six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Anne Peck of Idaho and daughter-in-law, Mary Ann Buglino. Mrs. Buglino was predeceased by her husband, Dominic J. Buglino and sons, John and Donald Buglino; daughter-in-law, Pearl and six sisters.

A memorial service is planned for Saturday, Nov. 9 at 11 a.m. at the Episcopal Church of the Cross, Columbia, S.C. Funeral services will be held at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Wood-Ridge on Thursday, Oct. 31, at 10 a.m. Departing from the Kimak Funeral Home, 425 Broad St., Carlstadt at 9:30 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Saddle Brook. Visitation is Wednesday evening, 5-9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Church of the Cross Episcopal Church, 7244 Patterson Road, Columbia, SC 29209.
