Anthony, 83, Hackensack, NJ on Saturday, February 22, 2014. Born and raised in Union City, NJ. Beloved son of the late Salvatore and Concetta. He proudly served in the US Army during the Korean War in the 187th Airborne. Graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, he worked for Allied Signal, General Chemical and retired from Rhodia in Parsippany. He was a member of VFW Post 1429, Dumont and an honorary Life Member of the Knights of Columbus Dumont Council #1345.
Beloved husband of 57 years of June (nee Macchi). Loving father of Patricia A. Juillet and her partner, Mark Miletti. Dear brother of Maria Campo, Frank Salvo, and the late brothers and sisters, Vita Spataro, Andrew Salvo, Carmella Murri and Antoinette Salvo. Beloved uncle of William Longeri and wife Connie, their daughter Michelle and husband Dave, Barbara Fournier and husband Jim and great uncle to William and Eliza. Also loving uncle to Lucy Campo, Connie Nolan, Maryann Kolarsick (husband Paul), Carolyn Marcolus (husband Richard), Anthony Campo and the late Philip Campo, Sal Salvo (wife Kathy), John Salvo (wife Lori), David Salvo and the late Michelle Kravchak, Rita Cabany and the late Mary Thalman, Dennis Murri, the late Louis Murri and Anthony Murri (wife Kathy). Also survived by many special loving friends and beloved extended family, Lisa, Robert, Matthew, Justin, and Dylan Moore, Denise Miletti, Michael Lukacs Jr., and very special, loving and compassionate friend Kimberley Miletti. Funeral from Trinka-Faustini Funeral Service, 439 Maywood Ave., Maywood (201-487-3050) on Wed., February 26, at 10 AM. Funeral Mass at Our Lady Queen of Peace RC Church, Maywood at 10:30 AM.
