Jacob H. "Jack", 89, of Little Falls, died Saturday, December 1, 2012. Jack grew up in Clifton before moving to Little Falls 51 years ago. He was a graduate of Clifton HS, "Class of 1940," and served in the US Army Air Corps during WWII. After service, Jack established his own business known as "Eitel Dairy Farms." He is a 50-year member of Clifton Masonic Lodge and a life-member of the Valley of Northern NJ Scottish Rite. Jack was a member of the Salaam Shrine Center in Livingston, a Past President of their Arab Patrol Unit and a former Co-Chairman of the Salaam Shrine Circus. In his youth, he was a Past Master Councillor of Clifton Chapter Order of De Molay for Boys and was the last living Past Conclave President of the NJ State Chapter Order of De Molay. Jack was also a member and former Deacon of the Montclair Heights Reformed Church. He is survived by Charlotte (Craig), his beloved wife of 67 years. He was the loving father of three sons, Bruce of Little Falls, Barry and wife, Christine, of Ottawa Lake, MI, Brian and wife, Patricia, of Wayne. He was the devoted grandfather of six grandchildren, Barry Jr., Megan, Erin, Sarah, Anna, and Jennifer. Jack is predeceased by his brother, Walter. Jack was known for his love for model trains, his annual Christmas display and his craftsmanship skills. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Wednesday at Allwood Funeral Home, 660 Allwood Rd., Clifton, NJ 07012, followed by burial at Cedar Lawn Cemetery. Visiting hours are Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM with Masonic Services at 8 PM. Memorial donations to the Shriners Childrens Hospitals are appreciated. www.allwoodfuneralhome.com
