LINCOLN PARK — Services were held for James J. Dillon, 80, of this community, who died on Saturday, February 23, 2013.

Born in the Bronx, N.Y., Mr. Dillon moved to Lincoln Park 52 years ago. He was a personal assistant at Ben Rickert Manufacturing, Wayne, from 1980 until the company's closing. Also, he was self-employed in the food service industry. A U.S. Navy veteran serving during the Korean War, he was a member of Lincoln Park American Legion Post No. 279. And, he was a member of the Lincoln Park First Aid Squad.

Services were Thursday at St. Joseph's Church, Lincoln Park. Arrangements were by the Keri Memorial Home, Lincoln Park.

Mr. Dillon is survived by his wife, Anna; his sons, Jim, John, Michael, Patrick, and Thomas; and his brother, Michael.
