Rinaldo J. Jr., on February 1, 2013, of Englewood Cliffs, NJ, and Boca Raton, FL, age 89. Rinaldo was born in Brooklyn, NY, and had worked as a steam fitter with Local 274 in Ridgefield, NJ. He was a WWII Navy Veteran serving in the US Navy Submarine Service being awarded a 3 Star combat pin. He was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans Assoc., Chapter 49 in West New York, NJ, a life member of the Submarine Veterans Assoc. of WWII, and a former Councilman for the Borough of Englewood Cliffs, NJ. Additionally, Rinaldo had served as a member and former Chief of the Englewood Cliffs Volunteer Fire Dept. for 40 years, member of the NJ State Fireman's Relief Assoc., Englewood Cliffs Fireman's Relief Assoc. and Exempt Fireman's Assoc. He was also a member and former Captain of the Englewood Cliffs Volunteer Ambulance Corps for 30 years. Beloved husband to the late Mary (nee DiFazio, 1986). Devoted father to Carol Ann Bozzuffi and Mary C. Faust. Loving brother to the late Mary Bozzuffi (2007). Funeral from the A.K. Macagna Funeral Home, 495 Anderson Ave., Cliffside Park, NJ, on Tuesday February 5, 2013 at 10 AM, thence to Holy Trinity RC Church, Fort Lee, NJ, where a Funeral Mass will be offered at 11 AM. Interment to follow at Madonna Cemetery, Fort Lee, NJ. Visiting hours Monday, 3-8 PM.
