Albert T. David Died - March 23, 2013 Webster, MA - On March 23, 2013 Albert (Al) T. David, 84, joined his beloved wife Dolores (Dolly), and began their new life together. Dolly began her new life on July 11, 2012 and has prepared for their new life together again. He leaves one daughter: Patrice A. Jaskiewicz and her husband Charles of Norwich, two sons: Kevin David and his wife Lynda of Dudley, MA, James David and his wife Barbara of Mechanicsburg, PA and his beloved sister: Mary Jane Cygielnik and her husband John of Shrewsbury, MA. Al's brother Joe died in 1955. A grandson Ryan Cullan and his wife Wendy of Billerica, MA. Six granddaughters, Deirdra Allard and her husband Josh of Vernon, Kayla and Kelsey David of Dudley, MA, Joanna, Rachel, and Caroline David of Mechanicsburg, PA. Two step-grandchildren Heather and Nickolas Jaskiewicz, and four great grandchildren Trent, Brooke, Celestyan and Braydon. Many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was born in Dudley, MA, the son of the late Steven David and the late Mary (Zisk) Zach and her husband Edward. He attended Vo Tech High School in Southbridge, MA, and then joined the Navy becoming a battleship gunner. He was a member of the Auburn/Webster Elks, TSKK, and Teamsters Local #170. Albert work at All State Freight and then became a truck driver for P. Wajer's & Son Express in Dudley, MA retiring in 1992. During his retirement he enjoyed wood working and making special items for family. He enjoyed going to the family cottage "Camp David" on the Cape and loved spending time with family especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Calling hours will be at the Bartel Funeral Home & Chapel 33 Schofield Ave. Dudley, MA from 5:00 - 7:00 P.M. on Thursday April 4, 2013. The Funeral Mass will be held Friday April 5, 2013 beginning at 10:00 A.M. in St. Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb St., Webster. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers donations to can be made to the Webster EMS 67 Thompson Rd.
