WALLACE "ALLEN", 63
Ocala - Wallace "Allen" Elliott, 63, went to be with his Lord and Savior on January 29, 2014. He was born March 13, 1950 in Plattsburgh, New York but he grew up in Clintonville where he enjoyed hunting with his Dad and having the meals from the game prepared by his mother. He moved to Long Island where he graduated from Kings Park Senior High School. He immediately enlisted in the United States Air Force where he served for four years as a jet engine mechanic. He then retired with an honorable discharge.
He met his wife, "Anne" and knew after one week that he was going to marry her. For the next 30 years, Al was a beloved husband, father of two daughters and two adopted sons, grandfather of two, a brother and an uncle to many others. He spent those many years as an automobile mechanic. He enjoyed building model airplanes, creating scenic train sets, and bowling. Al helped anyone in need and he touched a lot of people's lives.
A Service will be held on Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at 10 AM at First Baptist Church, 2801 SE Maricamp Road, Ocala, Florida 34471 with interment to follow at Florida National Cemetery Bushnell, FL.
