Forest Lee Singleton "Red"|
Forest Lee Singleton, 88, a long time resident of Copley, passed away Wednesday, January 22, 2014.
He was born in Braxton County, West Virginia in 1925 to Grace McLaughlin and Gayle Singleton. Red was a veteran of the Navy serving during World War II in the Atlantic Theater. He retired from Goodyear Aerospace with 34 years service. Red was a gentle and kind man and loved by all that knew him. His great smile and blue eyes will not be forgotten.
Red is survived by his wife, Ruth Singleton; daughter, Tamila (Christopher) Singleton; stepchildren, Ruth Metker, Judy Parks, Dale Zenner; eight grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; numerous cousins, including Jack McLaughin who was like a brother to him. Special thanks to his granddaughter Candi who cared for Red in his final year.

in doing good deeds.
Miss me but let me go."
