I really enjoyed playing baseball for Coach Ludwig in the West Akron Baseball League. He was a devoted Coach and Father, and he served as an inspiration for me to coach my daughters later in life. I am sure he will be missed by the Ludwig family and his many friends that he made through life.

Nancy and family, The Vermilion Road Warriors will remember Lew fondly and have been sharing great stories about his trips to races with us, long runs and those conversations, and mostly his great sense of humor. He was truly a gentleman who cared deeply about his family and will be missed by all who knew him. Thanks for sharing him with us ! Sue Patterson
