Richard R. Morrison, 62, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away at home in Phoenix, Wednesday, March 13th, 2013 following a lengthy illness.|
He was born in Wadsworth Ohio, Nov. 2 1950 to William and Florence Morrison. Richard graduated from Wadsworth High School in 1969, played football during those years in school for the Wadsworth Grizzlies and was in Automotives, which he had the opportunity of teaching classes in at the High school. He continued in the automotive field his entire career. Richard served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War.
He is survived by his three daughters, CJ, Rachelle, and Erica Morrison, all of Phoenix, Arizona; parents, William and Florence Morrison; brothers, Donald Morrison, William (Michelle) Morrison; sister, Carol (Robert) Leatherman; and many nieces and nephews. Also a very kind and special friend, Lori Nelson of Phoenix, Arizona. He will be sadly missed by all.
Memorial services to be held at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery on May 13th, 2013 at 10:30 a.m.
