William J. L. "Red" Stults

William J. L. "Red" Stults, 82, passed away Saturday, January 18, 2014 after a three year battle with multiple illnesses.

A resident of Barberton for 56 years, he was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Korean Conflict. He retired from Babcock & Wilcox after 30 years of service. Bill was an avid out-doors man; after his retirement hunting, fishing and family became his life's passion. He held a great deal of pride for the achievements of his children and grandchildren and was actively involved in their accomplishments.

Preceded in death by his parents, Carrie and Leonard Stults; brothers, Marshall, T.A. and Walter Stults; sisters, Marie Dolan and Sarah Stults; Bill is survived by his children, Ronald Stults, Theresa Stults, Connie (Tim) Scott and Jewell (Robert) Edelen; ten grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; brother, Harold (Cheryl) Stults; sister, Judith Heskett; along with other family members and friends. He was loved by many and will be sorely missed.

Funeral service Tuesday 12 Noon at the Campfield-Hickman-Collier Funeral Home, 566 W. Park Ave., with Rev. Timothy Stults officiating. Burial at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery with military honors. Calling hours Monday (TONIGHT) from 5 to 7 p.m.
