Daniel Deuel Notice
Deuel, Daniel April 21, 1950 - March 9, 2014 Daniel was a born adventurer. Among other endeavors, he served six years in the Navy as a technician aboard the nuclear submarine, USS Ulysses S. Grant. Following that, he spent over 25 years as a Hardware Systems Engineer with the lift-off team for NASA's space shuttle program at Cape Canaveral. None of the shuttle flights were ever launched without some kind of input from "Dan the Man." After his retirement from the Cape, his next years were spent in Central Florida with his beautiful and gracious wife, Jo Lynne. Those were the happiest years of his life. In his heart, Daniel was a true sailor, and sailboats were a big part of his many adventures. We can see him now as he "sails the Seven Seas of the Universe." Dan, we all miss you and will always love you, From your family
