Snavely, Henry Urich "" Henry Urich Snavely On Thursday, July 18, 2013, Henry passed away peacefully at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale, Fl. Born in Lebanon, Pa. in 1933. He earned degrees from Penn State University and Harvard Law School. He served during the Korean War with the Army; later accepted a legal position with the ICC in Washington, D.C. and wrote the case which authorized "Piggyback Rail Transportation". He later accepted a position with Health and Human Services as an Administrative Law Judge which he retired from in 2008. Henry enjoyed his 'early to bed, early to rise' routine, good conversation, the special company of his dogs and SEAFOOD! He took great pride in being known for his wordsmithing. He is survived by his two sons, Michael & David Snavely and sister, Joanne S. Bright of Southlake, Texas and several nieces and nephews. Memorial Gathering will take place at HIGH TIDE HARRYS on Aug 27th 2013.
