FORSTER, Allan
Born in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne, United Kingdom, passed away peacefully at St. Patrick's Home on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 at the age of 91. Predeceased by his
wife Beatrice and son Stephen. Dear father
of Susan (Jim Heard), grandfather of Sarah (Matthew Gregoire), Alison and great- grandfather of Blake Gregoire. Allan served in WWII with the RAF and continued his career with the RCAF when he moved to Canada. He worked for many years with the protective staff of the House of Commons. Friends are invited to visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street (at O'Connor) on Sunday, December 22 at 11:30am until time of service in the Chapel at 1pm. Much appreciation and thanks to the staff of Billings Lodge, Elisabeth Bruyere Continuing Care and St. Patrick's Home. Those wishing, may make a donation to the aforementioned or to the Salvation Army.
