COOK, Eric
P. Eng., Ret. Major, Royal Canadian Air Force
Passed away peacefully on March 25, 2014, at the age of 85. Predeceased by his loving wife, Elva (2011). Devoted father to Marjorie Cook. Predeceased by his brother, Thomas Cook. Lovingly remembered by his cousins and many nieces and nephews. Eric will be missed by all his friends at the Hylands Golf Club. Eric joined the Air Force to obtain the skills and education that he felt were not available to him in rural Saskatchewan. He received his Mechanical Engineering degree and became an Officer with the MSE trade. After his successful military career, he continued in engineering with Hovey and Associates and then opened Iso-Vibe Inc., making customized golf clubs using his Swing Sync system. Special thanks to the caring staff at Billings Lodge Retirement Community and the staff in Emergent Care and 7 NW at the Ottawa General Hospital. Friends may pay their respects at:
