He was the son of the late Gaylon Franklin Bradley and the late Betty Louise (Edwards) Bradley. At a young age Cecil began working at a grocery store in Memphis, TN where he met his future wife, Barbara Ann Dailey, an accountant. Returning to California he soon became known as 'Brad the cookie man' at the San Jacinto outdoor market. Encouraged by his lifelong friend Tom Spalsbury, Cecil became a Mother's Cookies Distributer with a route near Twentynine Palms Marine Base, which he expanded to Yucaipa, Pass area, Hemet, San Jacinto Mountains for 15 years. His joy for life outdoors with his family continued at Lake Hemet, Lake Powell and numerous California beaches. Avid builder and landscaper, Cecil could fix just about anything. His family will miss his enthusiasm, optimism, laughter, encouragement and devotion to the success of his family. Cecil was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Carl and is survived by sister Dottie Burrow. Cecil is also survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Barbara Bradley, as well as four children: Dee Ann Bradley, Steve Bradley, Ruth Bowles, John Bradley, and ten grandchildren.
