In Memoriam Condolences

James (Jim) Gattis In Memoriam
IN MEMORIAM JAMES (JIM) GATTIS March 5, 1912 - July 20, 2013 My beloved husband Jim died a year ago. Still very sadly missed. Not a day passes. Jim was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, moved to San Francisco at 14 years of age, joined the navy at eighteen, and served in the war. His last ship was The Gwinn. I wish to thank all the wonderful people who helped me through my trying times: Sandy and Stuart Stewarts, Terry and Paula of Stewart Fun Adventures gathered all my fellow friends (travelers) to attend the funeral ceremony held at the Hemet Masonic Lodge. The Masons were very kind in the way they helped me. The funeral was delayed at Riverside National Cemetery until February 24, 2014 due to reasons beyond my control. Jim was honored by the Navy and in attendance were his step children Lesley, Gail, and Robert; friends Joan and spouse, Corrie & Juan, Willie and Art, and the Chaplain from Hospice. Thank you all, you wonderful people, Peggy.
