age 80, passed away in the comfort of her home on Tuesday, May 1, 2013. Lou was born in West Palm Beach, Florida on September 15, 1932 to Ruth and J.E., "Jimmy" Morgan, owners of Morgan Stationary & Gift Shop of West Palm Beach, established in 1930. Lou attended Northboro Elementary School and graduated from Palm Beach High School in 1950. Thereafter, she attended University of Colorado followed by the University of Florida where she received a BA degree in Sociology. In 1956, Lou married William "Bill" Chandler Clark, former owner of Cornelius, Johnson & Clark, Inc., Massey, Clark, Fisher, Inc., and Founding Chairman of Flagler National Bank. They were married for 44 years until Bill passed away in 2000. In her post college years, Lou worked at the Biltmore Hotel and for Eastern Airlines. She was a long time member of the Junior League of the Palm Beaches and Memorial Presbyterian Church, where she taught Sunday school for many years. She and her late husband were instrumental in Florida politics, hosting many fundraising events for state and national candidates including former President Jimmy Carter, Governor Rubin Askew, Senator Lawton Chiles and Senator Bob Graham. She and her late husband were also founding members of Mayacoo Lakes Country Club where Lou was an avid tennis player. Lou's passion for travel led her to open Corporate Travel Network where she continued to work as a travel agent, in different locations, until February 2012. Lou is survived by her sons, Mark William Clark, Kevin Allen Clark, and her daughter-in-law, Olivia B. Clark all from West Palm Beach, Florida; and grandchildren Oliver "Bryce" Clark, Havan Morgan Clark and Grayson William Clark. Other family members include Sherry M. Farrell (niece) and James E. "Jim" Morgan, III (nephew), the surviving children of her deceased brother, James "Jake" E. Morgan, II. The family will receive friends on Thursday May 16, 2013, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at Quattlebaum Funeral Home, 1201 South Olive Avenue, West Palm Beach, FL 33401. A service celebrating Lou's life will be held at Memorial Presbyterian Church, 1300 South Olive Ave, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 on Friday May 17, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. Immediately following the church service, the family will be greeting friends and relatives in the Friendship Hall of the church. The family requests contributions in Lou's memory be made to The Palm Beach Cancer Institute Foundation 1411 N.
