Nancy Yolles LEVINE Obituary
LEVINE, Nancy Yolles

Nancy Yolles Levine of Palm Beach Gardens passed away peacefully on September 18, 2013 after a short illness. Nancy was a graduate of Birmingham Seaholm High School, Michigan State University and earned a Masters in Social Work. Nancy worked as a Social Worker at the Detroit General Hospital and following that pursued a successful career in medical sales. She moved to Palm Beach Gardens in 2006. Nancy was proud to be a friend of Bill W. and made many friends with the many other members of the fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous. She was particularly close to her "sisters" Holly, Jeannie, Sally and Martha along with many others too numerous to mention. Nancy's circle of sisters also include great friends from her past and in particular Amy Thomas, Janet Fitzgerald, Kit Depatie and Linda Echols. She was also in touch with her long time friend Robert McCall. Nancy was loved by many and though taken too soon, will always be remembered with a smile for her kindness, caring, great generosity to others and enthusiastic exuberance. It was once said of Nancy that, "if you dropped her in water she would fizz". She will be greatly missed by those whose lives she touched. Her biggest lifetime joy always came from her relationships with her family and friends. Nancy was predeceased by her parents, Shirley and William Yolles of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, her sister-in-law, Ann Yolles of Old Saybrook, Connecticut and great friends Marsha Kalb of Kalamazoo, Michigan and Chris Fitzgerald of West Palm Beach. The love of her life was her daughter Rebecca Michelle Levine. Rebecca, a doctoral candidate in Chemistry was a source of great pride to Nancy and she reflected in Becky's great accomplishments as a student and evolution in to a lovely young women. Nancy leaves her brothers, Richard and Robert Yolles and their families. A special bond was formed with Cousins Suzanne Smuckler, Judy Litt and Patricia Becker. A celebration of life will be held in the auditorium of the Jewish Family and Children's Service, 5841 Corporate Way, Suite #200, West Palm Beach, Florida 33422 on Saturday October 12, 2013 at 11:00 am.
