Anton Frank Schisser, Jr.

Tony was born July 30, 1934 in Houston and grew up in 1st Ward. He worked at Ethyl Corporation for 35 years and retired in 1997. Tony served in the United States Marine Corps from 1951-1954. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pasadena and a member of the Southeast Golf Association. He was a loving Husband, Father, PaPa, Brother, and Uncle. To know Tony was to love him. He was one of a kind and will be missed beyond words.

Tony is survived by his devoted wife of 52 years Frances Anderson Schisser. Daughters, Karen and husband Luther Villagomez, Pamela and husband Rex Lindberg, Kathy Mills and fiancé Mark Brogdon, Paulette and husband Jimmy Pearson. Brother: Jerry Schisser, Sister: Helen Miklojachak. Brother-In-Laws: George and Arthur Lee Anderson.

Grandchildren: Samantha and husband Tommy Duff, Gared Anton Mills, Lorrie Lindberg, Vincent Villagomez, Twins Alexandra and Nicole Mills, Anamarie Villagomez, Jay Pearson, Matthew Villagomez, and Jacob Pearson. Great Grandchildren: Ava Duff, Zoey Mills, Lyla Duff. Many special nieces, nephews and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents Helen Catherine Genevay and Anton Frank Schisser, Sr., his brother Eddie Schisser, Sister Catherine Schisser and brother in laws Charles, David and Wallace Anderson.

A celebration of Tony's life was held Saturday, July 14, 12:00pm at First Baptist Church of Pasadena, officiated by Dr. Jon Redmond.

Pallbearers: Rex Lindberg, Luther Villagomez, Mark Brogdon, Jimmy Pearson, Gared Mills, Vincent and Matthew Villagomez, Jay Pearson, and Bret Schisser.

Honorary Pallbearers: Jerry Schisser, George, Arthur Lee and Michael Anderson and J.C. Jackson.
