Not sure what to say?

Hi Dad, how are you and Mom doing? Are you watching our for us? We think of you everyday and miss you both. Don and I played golf yesterday...no hole in one....but a pretty good score considering I hadn't played since January. Next week is Mother's Day and then Father's Day. It's going to be really tough this year and Hallmark is going to suffer. Love you both and miss you. Babe

Can't say in words how sorry i am that both Gerry and Jean are gone. Met them many years ago (probably 20) while working in the men's basketball office at Notre Dame. We became friends and stayed friends to this day. Always a pleasure hanging with your parents and going to The Carriage House for a wonderful dinner and great conversation. It's reassuring to know that they are both together again. A very classic couple. Please know you all are in my thoughts and prayers.

My sympathies to Chris and Barb and their families. So many memories of Gerry, Jean and Gram when I was growing up. I stayed at Jean and Gerry's house when I was little and we would watch Johnny Carson cause I never wanted to go to sleep. Then, years later, Gerry would show me up in abs exercise class at Central Penn (even though he was older, I had trouble keeping up with him). He was always such a class act and the Leib's are like family. We'll miss him just as we miss Jean and Gram.

Sympathy to all the Leib family. I served under Maj. Leib in the PA Air National Guard many years ago. He was a fine officer. I remembered he always looked like a picture in the military manual when he wore his uniform. A real person and a gentleman. An honor to serve with him.

My heartfelt condolences to the Leib family. Gerry was one of my "better" supervisors at Bell Telephone. Always had a story, great laughter and enjoyed life, facing it head on with confidence, probably due to his military background. Gerry was a mentor to me and I appreciated his compassion. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time.

I am so sad to read about Mr. Leib's ("hon's") passing. He was one of the sweetest people I've ever known. He was so passionate about life and lived it well. I will always remember him for that and especially his love and devotion to his family. His smile was infectious and he had such a big heart. He treated you like you were family. I'll always remember he and my Pap at our softball games. They were our #1 fans. I'm sure they are playing the 19th hole now. I send you my deepest sympathy and heartfelt prayers at this time. I know he will be missed beyond measure. It's an honor to have known him. May the love and support of friends and family carry you through this difficult time.

Gerry was a fine American and the epitome of Lenker Manor. The Lenker Manor that I will always remember is full of stories from Gerry and him driving around in his Pontiac. He always stopped by to say hi when I was at Mom's house - always - I am going to miss him. He lived a great life.
