TELL CITY - Terry L. Marchand Sr., 60, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2013, at his home.

He was born in Tell City, Sept. 26, 1952. A 1970 graduate of Tell City High School, Terry worked at Best Chairs and was a retired boilermaker.Â He was an Air Force veteran and member of American Legion Post 213. He enjoyed his family and grandchildren, playing bingo, hunting, fishing and bowling.
Surviving is his wife, Myra J. (Buchanan) Marchand of Tell City; his children, Eddie Joe Marchand of Tell City, T.J. Marchand and his wife, Susan of Dale and Tony Marchand and his wife, Erin of Lakenheath Air Force Base, England; his parents, Eddie and Mary (Ford) Marchand of Tell City; grandchildren Kayley, Hannah, Leah and James Marchand; a sister, Patty Marchand of Tell City and a brother, Ronnie Marchand and wife, Anissa of Pellville, Ky.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1, at Zoercher-Gillick Funeral Home. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery.Â
Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30, and from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
