HARDING
GEORGE JESPER III, died Friday, the 19th day of October, 2012. Mr. Harding was born in Philadelphia in 1918 and gradu-ated from Yale University and Temple University Law School. While at Yale he won the Connecticut State Single Squash Racquets champion-ship. He was a Lt. Commander in the United States Naval Reserve and served 4 1/2 years in connection with World War II as a destroyer Executive Officer. He was the former President of the Philadelphia Patent Lawyers Association. Mr. Harding was a descendent of Jesper Harding, who founded the Philadelphia Inquirer in 1829 and also George Harding the prominent 19th century patent attorney. He is survived by his loving family Anne (Stuart), Edie (Dave), Phebe (Marty), George (Valerie), his grandchildren Shippen (Patrice), Emily (Harold), Carson and Douglas, great grandchildren Marguerite, Madeleine, Edmee, Guillemette and Orla. A Memorial Service will be held this Saturday, October 27th at 4 P.M. at St. Christopher's Church, 226 Righters Mill Road, Gladwyne PA. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the
