JOHN A., age 73 of Voorhees, formerly of Glen Oaks in Gloucester Twp., passed away suddenly on Friday, January 17, 2014. He was predeceased by his beloved wife Kathryn; his mother Jennie (nee Abbott) and father Joseph. John was a loving father to Nicole and Dayna. He is also survived by his sister-in-law Patricia Marsh and many nieces. John was an avid sport enthusiast who followed his teams at Camden Catholic H.S. class of 58, where he served as a trustee and The University of Notre Dame class of 62. He was a Camden County Solicitor for many years and served as Prosecutor and Public Defender in many Municipalities throughout the County. He loved listening to and watching PBS, which he supported. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Viewing Thursday afternoon January 23, from 2-4 P.M. and in the evening from 7-9 P.M.; also from 10-10:30 Friday morning January 24 at THE FUNERAL MANOR, 1585 HIDER LANE, GLOUCESTER TWP. N.J. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, January 24 at 11 A.M. at Our Lady of Hope Parish, St. Agnes Church, 701 Little Gloucester Rd., Gloucester Twp. Interment will be at Calvary Cemetery, Cherry Hill. The family request donations be given in John's name to the Camden Catholic HS, 300 Cuthbert Blvd., Cherry Hill, NJ. For condolences see
